All products sold through OneLegalKit are digital products delivered instantly after payment.
Because of the nature of digital content, all sales are final.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- duplicate payment
- technical failure that prevented document generation
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase by contacting us at onelegalkit@lovigin.com.
Non-Refundable Cases
We do not provide refunds for:
- dissatisfaction with document content
- incorrect information provided by the user
- changes in legal requirements
- failure to use the documents
